Cibele Salviatto, Partner


With 18 years experience in market analysis, strategic planning and portfolio management, was Director of Votorantim Venture Capital where she was responsible for the generation, analysis and negotiation of new investment opportunities, as well as turning them operational in industries such as Energy, Hydrogen Cell, Organic Foods, Education, Healthcare, Internet, Logistics and Technology.

She was also responsible for the strategic planning at Votorantim Metais, where she managed the process in the holding's three operational companies, acquiring great knowledge of the industry in worldwide levels and developing turn around programs for the companies based in the analysis of financial, commercial and operational matters. Participated in the process of privatization of CVRD - Vale do Rio Doce Mining Company -, being responsible for the Strategic Development group of M & A.

In the beginning of her career, she worked at important Brazilian Investment Banks where she performed analysis of a variety of industries such as household electronics, construction, food, capital goods, telecommunications, transportation, and in the privatization of the electric sector.

Cibele co-founded Atitude and in the organization is responsible for managing the development of products and strategic tools such as the Brazilian Matrix of Evidence in Sustainability; an international benchmark of sustainability reports, and strategic and financial analysis of several industry sectors.

Since the foundation of Atitude in 2001, Cibele has been the leader of such projects as: internal study for mapping sustainability rating agencies worldwide; development of methodologies for identification of sustainability indicators for corporations and industries; analysis of the "Paper for the Promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Public Sector" - part of the international project "Strengthening Developing Country Government's engagement with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)".

Cibele has a BS in business administration with FGV-SP.



Angela Andreopoulos

Was an entrepreneur in different sectors for 20 years, mainly the textile industry, what made possible having a broad business vision, strong planning and relationship capacities with different business people.

At Atitude she is active close to SMEs, incorporating the sustainability concepts in their strategy as an opportunity for business and growth. She also assists in stakeholders mapping and the theme incorporation in the civil construction sector (green buildings).

Angela graduated in Productive Process Management, which helped building her systemic vision of the integrated sector and departmental analysis. The several specialized courses in human relations collaborated to her strengthening corporate relations and human resources aligned to the targets and values of businesses.



Lucio Martins Rodrigues

BS in civil engineering, acted for 21 years as entrepreneur in the US and more recently in Brazil, which resulted in vast experience in personal and professional relationships with different industries and people, as the managed companies operated in international trade between various countries.

At Atitude has been studying the technical and practical sustainability concepts related to green buildings and eco industrial parks, with the objective of assisting in the company's development, formatting partnerships in the sectors of civil construction and others where Atitude could aggregate knowledge and management techniques.

Has assisted in the formation of Atitude's USA branch in South Florida, having general responsibilities that include developing new client relationships, promoting our presence in conferences, workshops and lectures, integrating and disseminating our knowledge and experience into a rather conventional market. His personal baggage includes several passages by self development and professional education programs, combining strategic business vision with applications and practical solutions in structural issues of SMEs.



Fernando Antonio Cardoso Bignardi

Fernando Bignardi has a 1980 degree in medicine by the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (EPM-UNIFESP) Paulista School of Medicine and a doctor's degree in Homeopathy, Behavioral Medicine, Biology, Ecology and Gerontology; he is a consultant in personal and corporate Sustainability as well as corporate health.

As result to questionnaires made by homeopathic patients attended since 1981, he started to study food production techniques and its consequences for the health, becoming a researcher of natural agriculture and agro forestry, as well as their relations to the environment and ecosystem. He than established a network of actions and research called MEDICAL ECOLOGY, founding in 1995 the "Flowering in the Woods Medical Ecology Center" in the county of Cotia in Sao Paulo, consequence of his observations on the healing actions of virgin forests on people suffering from chronic diseases such as cancer, in activities performed in the Cambixo Farm in Iguape.

Today he is the Coordinator of the Center for studies on aging of the Dept. of Preventive Medicine of UNIFESP and also responsible for its Nucleus on Homeopathic Studies and Research; he also supervises the implantation of the CORPORATE HEALTH CENTER. He was also counselor of the ORGANIC AGRICULTURE ASSOCIATION (AAO) for over 10 years, having been president and vice president during that time.

He is structuring an Environmental Education Ambulatory in the surroundings of Morro Grande Nature Reserve - Cotia, SP, where the participant reencounters its connection with his internal nature and with the Environment, motivated by his own health conscience, learning to identify and cultivate the plants who may contribute to his well being and this way, starts to care for Nature and to be cared by Her.

In 2005 he presented the Protocol of Tansdisciplinary Medicine, based in a Quantum Model of Man, in the World Congress of Transdisciplinarity of Vitoria-ES. Since than, he has been developing and promoting the Axel of Personal Sustainability, emphasizing the role of brain neuronal change with the Meditation resource as instrument for the realignment of the human being with the network of systemic standards that confers structure to Sustainability.
